Sealed bids are due at the Westmoreland Town Hall by
5:00 p.m. on October 21, 2026.
The Westmoreland Cemetery Trustees will review all bids and have the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
Notice is hereby given that the Westmoreland Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21st, at the Westmoreland Town Hall, 780 Route 63, to consider the following applications:
Graves Trucking, Inc. – Old Route 12 North (Map R17, Lot 28): The applicant requests an amendment to Condition #6 of the Zoning Board of Adjustment Notice of Decision dated September 20, 2013, to allow crushing operations on Lot 28. The applicant also requests a Special Exception pursuant to Article III, Section 5.4 of the Westmoreland Zoning Ordinance in connection with the proposed crushing operations and amendment of Condition #6.
James Fischer Miltronics Mfg. Services Inc., for Unit A2 at the property located at 1017 Route 12 (Map U2 Lot 3) - This hearing pertains to an application requesting a change of use to allow Unit A2 to operate as a light manufacturing facility.
