Partridge Brook Road will be closed from 144 Partridge Brook Road (crane will be set up there) to River Road weather permitting November 19th– 21st from 7:30 am to 2:30pm for tree removal. Residents will be able to enter Partridge Brook Road from Route 63; however, no traffic will be able to pass by to River Road.

There are four subjects of the hearing:
1) The reorganization of the Zoning Ordinances for the purpose of clarity and usability. Correct references to Zoning Permit and Zoning Administrator.
2) Proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinances as follows:
· Repeal 307 Conditional Uses as it has never been used
· 407.2 ADU’s to be compliant with state changes
· 421.1 Portable and small structures
· 428 – adjusting parking to be compliant with state changes
· 438.1 – Noise to be compliant with state changes
3) Proposed additions to the Zoning Ordinances as follows:
· Definition of the term setback
· Snow removal affecting roadways
· Debris removal affecting roadways
· Event regulations and permitting
4) Revisions to the Site Plan regulations
The reorganized ordinances, the crosswalk comparing the old and new format, the full text of the additions and amendments to the ordinances, and the revisions to the Site Plan regulations may be reviewed in advance at the town office during business hours.
